Our annual grape picking days are coming up in late Feb. We're always looking for helpers to join up with our ever so reliable team of locals, so please get in touch if you are keen? Our grapes are 100% hand picked which is obviously labour intensive however it allows for each individual bunch to be quality controlled meaning only the best fruit gets to have the pleasure of being made into wine. As usual we finish the day with a 'pickers lunch', a few drinks and plenty of laughs.

You will find the laid-back atmosphere underneath the shaded vine covered pegola will easily turn into a long lunch. Come in for a romantic table for two on our deck or round up a few hungry friends and secure seats in one of our larger garden tables.

The best pizza was and still is the simple Neapolitan, an invention now protected by its own trade association that insists on sea salt, high-grade wheat flour, the use of only three types of fresh tomatoes, hand-rolled dough and the strict use of a wood-fired oven, among other quality stipulations. With just a few ingredients -- dough, tomatoes, olive oil, salt and basil (the marinara pizza does not even contain cheese) -- the Neapolitans created a food that few make properly, but everyone enjoys thoroughly'
